Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps people recognise and change unhelpful thought patterns, leading to healthier emotions and behaviours. It’s a practical, goal-oriented approach that’s effective for managing issues like anxiety and depression.

Integrative
Across our session, we will incorporate a range of relevant modalities and techniques to create an approach unique to your needs and aspirations.
This may be heavily reliant on CBT, it may not.

Tailored to you
I offer a safe, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and mental health concerns. Any discussion of particular needs around ADHD/neurodivergence is welcome, from arranging session reminders to capturing key insights from sessions.
