I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a background in supporting individuals through complex mental health challenges. My journey in mental health and counselling has been deeply influenced by five years of dedicated work in areas like homelessness, addiction, LGBTQ+ support, and academic mentoring. This experience has strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, understanding space for each person I work with, meeting them where they are in their life.
My approach is compassionate and reflective, rooted in active listening and a drive for self-development. I am skilled in delivering support both in person and remotely, and I adapt easily to each individual’s needs. I’m especially passionate about empowering individuals with practical strategies for emotional wellbeing, whether they’re exploring navigating academic pressures, or building life skills.
